Highland Surfacing & Contracting Ltd, is a new business venture providing quality civil engineering and asphalt paving in the Highlands & Islands, Morayshire and Grampian.

They are a privately owned company, founded in 2013 by Derek Farrell and Theresa Kemp and are managed and operated by some of the best and most highly experienced professionals in the industry. Combined, our expertise and knowledge has been gained by previously working for many major surfacing contractors on a wide variety of projects throughout Scotland over the last 30 years.

Commitment: They are committed to building their reputation on quality, affordability, reliability, and exceptional customer service and with fire in their belly it is there mission to one day be ranked amongst Scotland’s leading surfacing contractors.

Specialty: There speciality includes roads, both trunk and local, airfields, car parks, driveways, dropped kerbs, service bays, footpaths, service reinstatements and potholes. They can undertake any sized project for any sector including residential, agricultural, retail and industrial, no matter how large or small, and offer very competitive rates.

Operatives: All our their operatives are qualified under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS). They are also registered with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) who are responsible for maintaining qualifications and standards for the construction industry and provide support services for skills and training.
